Željko Kulić is an expert in the field of urban engineering, territorial planning and sustainable development of the cities. Siim Esko is the Head of International Projects at company Positium LBS, Tartu (Estonia). He is managing international projects in the field of tourism, mobility and population statistics based on mobile positioning data.

Erasmus+ K2 project SAFEMEDIC, developing the digital course for prevention and coping
with violence in health service.
For the last two and a half years he worked on the EU Commission project MATES (De-
radicalisation and re-socialisation of radicalised youth). He also cooperates in creation of
study program on Migration and Integration. He lectures on bachelor and Master programs
teaching Historical anthropology and Anthropology of family life.
Being involved in inter-cultural studies since 2004, he has gained relevant understanding of importance of cultural, linguistic and religious differences and usage of digital technology in establishment of intercultural dialog.
